Each item is made to order just for you. Processing usually takes 1–7 business days, and may take a little longer during busy holiday periods.
U.S. shipping:
Standard: 2–5 business days
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, a reshipment fee will apply.
Return policy
Each item is made just for you once your order is placed, helping reduce waste and overproduction.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If there’s ever a problem with your order, simply contact us within 30 days and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.
